Noah and the Giant
- The high waters have destroyed everything but the ark and Og
- Og was so tall water only came up to his ankles
- Og lived for several centuries until Musa( Moses)
- A huge rock fell on Og's head so he could not see
- Musa hit him in the ankle causing him to fall where he was covered in stones as high as a mountain killing him
The Secret Name of Ra
- Ra had many names
- Isis was an enchantress that wanted to know Ra's real name because she wanted power
- Ra's real name gave him his divine power
- Ra walks everyday and moisture would drip from his mouth
- Isis collected the sweat of Ra and created a snake out of it
- The snake bit Ra with his venomous bite causing great pain
- Ra made it so Isis would know his name and gain his power when he died.
Ra and Hathor
- Man is rebelling against Ra, which angers him.
- Ra calls for a meeting of different gods
- He calls for a huge flood to wipe out man, Ra will become a serpent that will survive and unseen by the gods
- He makes Osiris ruler of the dead and his on Horus ruler of the island of firey flames
- Hathor was created and slayed all the rebels against Ra.
- Hathor enjoyed beer so much that she declared every time when the Nile rises red they will celebrate
The Sun's Journey
- Man had been forgiven for their sins
- Ra assembled all beings formed by Nut
- End of the first hour a strong wall is constructed to allow Ra through
- Apep is the night serpent
- Sokar, ruler of the under world, who has 3 human heads, body of a serpent, and mighty wings appears at the end of the 5th hour
- Osiris judge of the dead.
- The sun god is reborn durng the 12th hour
- He enters through the serpents tail in to the "Divine Life"
- The souls of the dead cry when Ra leaves Daut
Osiris
- Osiris was the lord of things
- He took the throne when Ra died
- He created peace among men
- Isis was his consort
- He taught the people how to farm, and worship the gods
- Was not into fighting, he settled disputes with reason and persuasion
- Isis ruled the land when Osiris was gone
- Set brother of Osiris planned to over come Osiris out jealousy.
The Death of Osiris
- Set made a sarcophagus to the specifications of Osiris
- Once Osiris tried to sit in the chest, he was shut in and nailed shut
- The chest was thrown into the Nile
- Isis searched the land for life for Osiris
- Isis sought refuge in a poor woman's house
- The woman's child was stung and killed by a scorpion
- Isis pitied the woman and brought the child back to life
The Journy of Isis
- Isis gave birth to a son named Horus
- Set the ruler now, imprisoned Isis and Horus
- Set wanted Horus killed
- Horus was found dead. Isis called upon Thoth to resort life back into Horus
- Horus will grow to be a man a kill his uncle
- Osiris's coffin was washed up on shore in Syria, where a huge tree grew around him.
- The king of the country cut the tree down and kept the coffin a secret
- Isis was chosen to be the foster mother of the royal baby
- She would not feed him, and burn his flesh
- She would circle the sacred pillar.
- She asked the king to have the sacred pillar
- She found Osiris and she took him by sea back home with her but took the king's first born sun with her.
- Set had Osiris's body cut into pieces and thrown to the alligators, none ate him
- Isis collected the pieces, buried them, and constructed a tomb
King of the Dead
- Horus was preparing for the battle that was soon to come with his uncle
- Horus lost an eye in battle, and Set was driven out of his kingdom
- Horus claimed his throne after being healed by Thoth
- Isis chants in the temple for Ra to send Thoth and unite the portions of Osiris and wrap them in bandages making him a mummy
- Isis put her wings in Osiris's nostrils and he became filled with life becoming the Judge and King of the dead
The Wax Crocodile
- A Pharaoh went to the temple of the god Ptah
- They went to see the scribe, whose wife fell in love with a member of the Pharaoh's group
- The scribe found out about the infidelity
- He cursed a wax crocodile head, and had it tossed into the lake that the youth bathed in
- The crocodile came to life and took the youth away
- The Pharaoh commanded the scribes wife to be tied to take a stake and burned alive
The Green Jewel
- Sneferu was bored and looke for entertainment.
- He called his scribe to do the job, the scribe suggested he go out on the lake and have beautiful women row the boat
- 20 virgins were called to do the job
- The girl leading the boat lifted her causing her to hit the green jewel in her and it fell into the lake.
- The scribe cast a spell on the water causing it to part to allow him to retrieve the girl's green jewel
